Cancelation Policy  

We take 100% of the boat rental payment at the time of booking.  
If you choose to add a captian you will pay the captains fee the day of the rental. 

We have a 7 day cancelation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so 7 days from your scheduled reservation in order to receive a refund. Booking fees can not be refunded. If your reservation is canceled inside the 7 day window you will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation and you will be charged the captains fee to the card onfile. No shows will be charged the full price.  

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.  

If you choose to self captain:
-You will be required to take a short boater safety test
-Driver must have severeal years of boating experience and feel confident and comfortable in operations of the boat. 
-If the boat is returned damaged the driver is responsible for all costs of the damage.
-An open damage deposit of $2,000 will be held to the card on file the day before your reservation, it'll be released once the boat is returned damage free. 
-You must stay 400 yards from the shoreline. No beaching, docking or anchoring.
-Sand Harbor is off limits and dogs are not allowed
